Yea this beauty was in bloom just outside my hostel in Huaraz, Peru. I think the Trichocereus peruviana has longer and bushier spines than the Trichocereus pachanoi (San Pedro). Apparently they are mistaken for each other often and hybrids between the two are also plentiful so it can be hard to tell. They both contain mescaline though.
